Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Position: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (part-time, contract role)

Location: Remote (Preferably Europe or South Africa, aligned with UK time zone)

Aweventurer offers transformative travel experiences, connecting travelers with life-changing journeys. We are looking for a proactive, personable, and organized Host Outreach Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in expanding our network of trip hosts and ensuring the smooth execution of Aweventurer trips worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively search for and engage new trip hosts across social media platforms, travel networks, and online communities.

  • Host Management: Maintain and update a detailed spreadsheet of hosts and their contact information.

  • Scheduling & Communication: Use email and meeting schedulers to facilitate connections between yourself and potential hosts.

  • Sales Calls: Conduct calls with potential hosts to introduce Aweventurer, discuss collaboration opportunities, and secure new partnerships. Previous experience in sales is highly preferred.

  • Trip Launches: Work alongside the team to ensure successful trip launches and provide continuous support to hosts.

  • Host Empowerment: Equip hosts with the tools and resources needed to market and sell trips effectively.

  • Retention & Renewal: Focus on ensuring high host retention and fostering ongoing relationships.

  • Occasional Travel: Occasionally accompany trips or organize for local hosts to lead group travel, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

  • Feedback Loop: Regularly collect and communicate customer needs and feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, outreach, talent management, or marketing functions.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital outreach strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive approach.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Travel industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Passion, hustle and work ethic with self-motivation is the most important asset.
